This is rarely an issue, as we support you with chargeback and fraud protection, but if a customer raises a dispute, we will support you with all the documentation to win the dispute. But if the dispute fails in the customers favor, you’ll have to cover the dispute fee and amount.
We don’t have a minimum deal size requirement, it varies case by case. We have a preference for deal sizes between $1K (low-end) and $40K (high-end) as long as the sales cycle is short.
